Only two building lots left!! Welcome to the north shore of PEI's newest and finest subdivision overlooking New London Bay. Red Stone Lane is a 16-lot rural development with restrictive covenants to protect the residents' investment. This fully paved, wide road leads to an oversized cul-de-sac with water views from every lot. You will enjoy fantastic water views from 180 degrees of your property. There is a large right of way for all the owners at the west side of the lots between lots 8-9 and an ample 2-acre common green space. Year-round living at its finest with no road maintenance fees or worrying about who you will get to plow the road. Warrens Carpentry must build all homes to ensure the quality standard is uniform. Lots available are 21-10, which is $169,900, and 21-15, which is 89,900. The purchase price is plus HST. (id:374)
