This beauty is a haven for nature enthusiasts, whether it be for swimming, canoeing and kayaking, fishing and birding, or just meditating! The calm waters of William's lake, nestled in a charming community just minutes from essential services and amenities in Musquodoboit Harbour, provides an enticing balance of serenity and accessibility. With familiar eastern shore terrain, it appeals to outdoor enthusiasts seeking quiet, natural settings for fishing and boating. The lake attracts anglers seeking brook trout, yellow perch, & smallmouth bass, periodically restocked with brook trout by the NS Department of Fisheries & Aquaculture. Three PIDs, totalling 48.75 acres, with 1387 feet of waterfront on Williams Lake, approximately 50 km east of downtown Halifax! PID#41543885 is 5.79 acres, accessible by a shared easement driveway. And the front Lot is believed would have ocean inlet views once some trees are cleared. A great spot to build a home, plus a cottage at the lake - have the best of both worlds !! (id:374)
