Conveniently located within walking distance of shopping, trails and parks. This single-family strata building lot is waiting for your personal touch. Specifically purchased by a local builder (who has built several homes in the neighbourhood) as the best lot in the final phase of Wembley Crossing. With landscape rock onsite, temporary electrical panel in place and design plans available for your use the construction process can begin right away. Or work with the design plans and/or create your own with professional involvement. Wembley Crossing offers the best in small lot living. Its central location has three shopping area, one marina and 5 golf courses minutes drive. Walk over to Wembley Mall or follow the trail to Foster Park. Grab the bus to anywhere in the district and beyond. And yes the amazing local beaches are only minutes away by car. Of course, this is the gateway location to everything else on Vancouver Island. One of very few lots available in Parksville. (id:374)
