Welcome to Placid Meadows, a waterfront development at Port Hill. This subdivision consists of 20 lots with 8 waterfront lots, 8 lots that are one lot back from the water, and 4 lots that are spread throughout which you can see when you view the subdivision layout. We have completed building the roads into Placid Meadows and the electricity has been installed. This lot (2020-4) offers you a nice water view and is accessible year round. You also get a deeded access to the beach. The beach here is hard and sandy (very nice)and you have just spectacular sea views. The water is good for swimming, boating and all kinds of water activities. For the person who likes to explore - just off shore from this subdivision are five small protected islands just waiting for you to visit. There is also the famous Sandhills that offer visitors one of the most unique geographic features on Prince Edward Island and some of the best beaches in North America. A portion of these Sandhills just offshore from this development is being explored as a potential National Park Reserve, Google (Pituamkek) for information. It is this view that you observe from this subdivision. So whether it is year round home you wish to build or a summer getaway, this lot offers you a affordable start for those plans. (id:374)
