Lot
Condominium/Strata
Lot 22 is one of just 28, bare-land strata acreages at Basecamp, a rare stretch of West Coast wilderness where dramatic mountains, islands, and inlets meet the Salish Sea at the entrance to Desolation Sound. Accessible by road just 20 minutes past Lund, this is one of the rarest road-access waterfront sites on the Coast, with its own private marina. Every owner has access to 30,000 sqft of private beachfront, a private water well, and power at the lot line, plus the option to secure a generational moorage, with a 20-year prepaid term, mooring boats and yachts from 30 to 100 feet in a protected bay. Enjoy whale watching and easy access to fish, crab, or prawn from your own boat, plus hiking, dirt biking, mountain biking, boating, and paddleboarding at your doorstep. Basecamp was designed to protect this ecosystem for generations to come. (id:374)
