Lot
Freehold
District
Sidney North-East
A truly unique development opportunity in Sidney, offering two separate lots totaling approximately 16,182 sq. ft. and an exceptional location directly across from the water. Lot 1, situated directly across from the waterfront, is approximately 9,670 sq. ft., while Lot 2 located immediately behind it, is approximately 6,512 sq. ft. The property has been held by the same family for the past 65 years, and they are now looking for someone to bring a thoughtful, beautiful development to this special site. A side easement along the south side of the property provides an exciting potential access option for both lots, allowing access to potentially be taken from the easement rather than directly from Lochside Drive. The main residence was damaged by fire last year and has since been completely remediated through the insurance process and is ready for demolition. The rear lot also features an open garage that is ready for removal. With its waterfront setting, two sizable lots, long family history and potential for creative development, this is a rare opportunity in Sidney. Bring your vision and create something truly special.
