Wake up to the Juan de Fuca Strait and the Olympic Mountains filling the horizon. This 3.81-acre ocean view building lot on Mt. Matheson in East Sooke sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, facing southeast so the light arrives early and the water stays in view all day. The land slopes gently through mature forest, giving you natural privacy and a choice of building sites for a signature home that takes full advantage of the outlook. Here the mornings are eagles and sea air, the afternoons are the trails and coves of East Sooke Park just minutes away, and the rest of the world is close enough when you want it: 25 minutes to the Westshore, 45 to downtown Victoria. Rural acreage with real city access, in one of southern Vancouver Island's most sought-after natural settings. A rare chance to build exactly the home you have been picturing. (id:374)
