This beautiful property is located at picturesque St Ann's, surrounding the lovely MacLeod Pioneer Cemetery (civic number 50727) north of the Gaelic College on the "St Ann's loop". The property features extensive waterfront on St Ann's Bay, and on a pond inside the long beautiful sandbar. The property slopes downward from the Cabot Trail, and there is a fantastic view! This is an ideal location in a lovely country setting within a short drive to local amenities in nearby Communities! NOTE: "Waterfront meas" is estimated by looking at Plan of Survey, and does not include the waterfront along both sides of the sandbar. (id:374)
