Lot
Freehold
A rare opportunity to build in the heart of Lockerby! This oversized C3-zoned lot offers approximately 12,700 sq. ft. with impressive frontage of approximately 155 ft. along Regent Street and 91 ft. along Marttila Drive. The current owners have stamped plans from a designer for an 8-unit apartment building, offering a great head start for a buyer looking to take on a multifamily development project. The C3 zoning also provides flexibility for a variety of future uses, including professional offices, personal service businesses, retail, certain medical uses, mixed-use development and more. Situated on a highly visible, high-traffic stretch of Regent Street, the property offers excellent exposure and is conveniently located across from Gloria’s Restaurant and close to shopping, schools and other South End amenities.
