Great property. 50 acres +- of off-grid property awaits. Wooded site with a mix of hardwood and softwood trees. A couple of brooks on the site. The site also touches one end of Condon's Lake. This would be a great place for an off-grid cottage. Very quiet, private location. No restrictive covenants, so you could bring your camper trailer, motor home or great place to just pitch a tent. The site has over 1000 feet +- of road frontage, so loads of room to develop. What a spot. Privacy plus and within minutes of Point Michaud Beach and a short drive to St. Peter's and all its services. (id:374)
