Carefree triple net investment in prime location. The historic Westminster Building is located at the central corner of New Westminster Downtown revival and has been the commercial and professional landmark building for over a century. The property has been upgraded many times and was strata titled into 8 lots in the mid-1980s. The FIRST floor features terra cotta exterior. The property is fully tenanted with strong tenants on triple net leases. All common and exterior areas are managed by a professional management firm hired by the strata council and all interior expenses are covered by triple net leases. This is a rare opportunity to own the 1st floor of a landmark building. (id:374)
