How The Other Half Lives Larger - On My French Riviera! A story of one of the North's "French Riviera" Gems! This is a past & present treasure! As you meander down the long driveway, a sense of peace and calm takes over. The Towering pine trees and old growth forest provides exclusive privacy! We were once part of the French River's Famous, Sand Beach Lodge! It started out as a private camp for the wealthy Seagram Family. You could own a piece of History! This could be your family compound to make your own traditions & memories! Or, Rental Potential!? We have 5, self-contained structures with their own bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living spaces and decks that could bring in multiple revenue streams! Situated on approximately 3.3 acres of land, on the most desirable section of the Lower French River with 275 approximate feet of Sandy Beach! Our main lodge Residence is grand in size and has seen extensive renovations to turn this from a Resort space to a stunning 5,600 sq owner's Residence. Featuring original wood and beam details, stone fireplaces, sprawling primary wing, gentleman's study, wet bar, chefs' kitchen, and massive windows & screened in lanai showcasing that fabulous water view.. just to name a few! This site has the "Best Beach and Best Fishing" in the area! More? Our grounds are lovely, and we provide multiple other outbuildings that have to be seen to be appreciated.
