The private lot located on Kvarno Island is a great property with unique features. The beachfront cabin, with its sleeping loft and side room, provides a cozy space for relaxation. The main house, though located inland, offers a spacious living area with a bathroom addition. It's worth mentioning that the buildings require some additional finishing. The island itself has a self-sufficient community, with other settlers maintaining gardens, solar energy systems, and even small farm animals like chickens and ducks. In addition to the property itself, the sale also includes several tools, woodworking items, a 2022 Side by Side vehicle and an 18' aluminum boat with a 70H Yamaha motor. Overall, this property offers a unique opportunity to enjoy rural living and is just a short boat ride to the active community of Ucluelet. Kvarno Island offers a unique lifestyle for those wishing to live off grid. Call for an information package and an appointment to view. (id:39198)
