This two-level, 1 bedroom (potential for 2) Gastown loft sits on one of the best blocks in the city, with 18-foot ceilings, exposed original brick and concrete, and gorgeous views of Burrard Inlet and the North Shore mountains. The living room anchors the main level around a fireplace with custom floating storage units on both sides and a custom mantle, the flex room (or 2nd bedroom) with its own custom wall unit, all by Union Wood Co. Full bath on the main. Upstairs: one bedroom and full bath. Custom linen window coverings and motorized roller blinds. Gastown offers the best cafes, restaurants and cocktail bars, and more all amongst Victorian architecture and cobblestone streets. Above it all, a shared rooftop patio offers picturesque sunsets.
