This purpose built retail store with residence above offers endless possibilities for a live/work arrangement or just multi-purpose investment. The main level is approx. 1900 sq ft and is operating as a leased variety store. Potential higher uses could be a restaurant, professional office, clinic among many others permitted in the zoning. The entire second level was built as a residence with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry and large open concept living and kitchen area. The paved parking lot provides approx. 12 parking spots in the front with additional parking in the rear for staff/residence. Convenience store tenant occupies entire building.
