Picture the drive home: 20 scenic mins north of PG, the road quiets, & there it is - your log home on 2 fenced acres w/ the Salmon River just 2 km away. Inside is the kind of cozy people spend years trying to recreate: warm logs, vaulted ceilings, the gas fireplace glowing on its river-rock hearth & a spiral log staircase up to the bedroom, loft, & the updated bathroom. Outside is where the days go - coffee on the covered deck, evenings in the hot tub under the string lights, the garden, greenhouse, studio & shop all yours to putter in. Walk the river, camp at Salmon Valley 2 km up the road, or just stay home. You'll want to. Kitchen, bath, windows, water system & more all done - too many updates to list. All measurements approx, buyer to verify if important. (id:374)
