Don't miss this picturesque 75 acre rural property, comprising workable farmland/pasture and hardwood forest. Located immediately south of the village of Morriston, it provides excellent access to Guelph, Cambridge, K/W, Hamilton and the 401. The gently rolling landscape provides an excellent opportunity for various uses: Ideal for an estate home, horse farm, country estate, or hobby farm. I've already picked the spot for the Dream Home build location - away from the road for quiet enjoyment, and up on a gentle rise for great views of the countryside. Bring your walking shoes and home blueprints, then reflect and dream on your future property. Miss this one at your peril!
