A beautifully reimagined Selma Park cottage where considered design meets easy coastal living. Vaulted ceilings, Quebec white oak floors and a cream enamel Jøtul gas stove set the tone. The gourmet kitchen features Fulgor Milano appliances, propane cooking and Grohe fixtures. French doors open to a superb 400 square ft ocean-side Trex deck, perfect for those south-westerly sunsets. An Italian-tiled bathroom with antique barber´s sink and built-in daybed add character. Upgrades include on-demand hot water, new roof and septic in 2021, 200-amp service and EV hookup. Fully fenced gardens and excellent storage complete the property. With beach access across the road, swimming, paddleboarding and evenings by the water become part of everyday life, with Sechelt just minutes away. (id:39198)
