This is a fantastic opportunity to buy 2.23 acres in an unorganized township on sought after Kawawaymog Lake, which is also gate number 1 for world renowned Algonquin Provincial Park, which is about 4 kilometers away. Very few properties ever come up for sale in this desirable location. Surrounded by thousands of acres of crown land and many undeveloped lakes, this area is an outdoor enthusiasts dream. There are miles & miles of logging roads to ATV on and the OFSC snowmobile trails are close by as well. Many area lakes hold brook trout & splake and Kawawaymog Lake has a large population of small mouth bass. The lot slopes gently down from the road to a level building site which would be perfect for your off grid cottage or year-round home. There is a long lake view to the east, but with many islands as well, there is miles of shoreline to explore and also some huge open stretches for wakeboarding or water skiing.
