Welcome to Kokomo Trail in Tehkummah, Ontario on beautiful Manitoulin Island. This lovely approximately 2.391 acre waterfront lot is located in South Bay on Lake Huron. South Bay is the large bay with a fairly narrow opening to the “Big Water” and so it is to Lake Huron what Lake Wolsey is to the North Channel (each are “lakelike bays”). Visitors to Manitoulin arriving via the MS Chi Cheemaun at the ferry docks at South Baymouth can look straight up the bay, but it’s long enough that the northern end isn't visible on the horizon. From the property itself, there is an incredible natural southern view towards the town of South Baymouth where the ferry can be faintly heard in the distance but not seen. The flat property is fenced and gated with gravel driveway leading towards the waterfront where there is a sandy beach area. A big cost saving feature of this lot is that it already has its own electrical service on the property. Have you been dreaming about having a place on the island? Stop dreaming and call today!!
