Some waterfront properties are about the house. This one is about the feeling you get when you arrive. From the road, the home is tucked away from view. Follow the path, head down the steps, and the property begins to reveal itself-a welcoming year-round home on Strathdee Lake, also known as Long Lake, just minutes from Parry Sound. Rock, trees and water are part of the experience, with beautiful lake views framed through the windows and plenty of places to sit and enjoy the setting. The two-bedroom home has been thoughtfully renovated for comfortable year-round living. Updates include a completely redone kitchen with coffee bar, mini split, new windows, plumbing, insulation and flooring throughout. The second bedroom walks out to its own deck, while the 1,017 sq. ft. main floor offers generous kitchen and living areas with a strong connection to the outdoors. Outside is where you'll understand why this property is memorable. Relax on the front deck, settle into the hammock by the shoreline, gather around the firepit or head to the dock for a swim. With approximately 14 feet of water off the dock, there's plenty of depth to enjoy the lake. A heated 10' x 10' bunkie gives guests their own space, while the separate garage with side workshop and additional storage building provide room for waterfront toys and equipment. Set on approximately 0.42 acres with west-facing rocky shoreline, this property embraces the natural character of the Parry Sound area. Turn-key, move-in ready and close to town, 60 Pinewood Road is the kind of place that draws you down the path, gives you plenty of reasons to find your favourite spot-and makes you want to stay. Furniture, lawn mower, snow blower, all outside furniture.
