Waterfront Cottage Property Available! Welcome to 227 MacAuslands Lane - a one-owner waterfront cottage tucked into a quiet stretch of Mill River East, where the water is the whole point. Set on 0.6 acres with an impressive 311 feet of frontage, this charming cottage retreat is a perfect blend of rustic appeal and family escape getaway. Built in 1991 and offering approximately 1,053 square feet of living space, it carries a signature red metal roof and timber-framed wraparound porch that give it instant curb appeal. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms on the upper level, each with its own private balcony looking out over the trees and water beyond, while a full bathroom sits conveniently on the main floor. Inside, warm knotty-pine walls and ceilings, hardwood floors, and a cozy wood stove create the kind of cabin-in-the-woods feeling that makes you exhale the moment you walk in. The functional, everything-you-would-need kitchen with its handcrafted cabinetry and the comfortable living space are made for slow mornings and easy evenings with family and friends. Step outside and the setting speaks for itself. A private lakeside bench sits at the water's edge, perfect for morning coffee, sunset watching, or simply taking in the calm. With so much frontage, this is a dream spot for kayaking, paddling, swimming, and long summer days on the water. A separate outbuilding near the shore adds handy storage or bunkie potential. Lovingly cared for by a single owner and offered ready to enjoy, this is a rare chance to own a genuine slice of PEI's west coast - close to beaches, golf at nearby Mill River, and all the natural beauty this part of the Island is known for. Whether you are looking for a seasonal getaway or a peaceful year-round hideaway, this sweet little cottage is ready to make memories. (id:374)
