Again tall 12 ft ceilings make it open, bright and a great place to escape. All less than 5 minutes to the famous Henry's Fish House restaurant and LeBlanc's general store, right around the corner, which is very convenient for those last minute get togethers when friends drop in to visit. This location and area offer up unlimited exploring either by kayak, paddleboarding or seadoo adventures out into the open waters of Georgian Bay. Enjoy the cottages as they are or renovate to suit down the road, property does allow for expansion. Excellent cell service and high speed internet to bring fiber optic communication right to the island, so you can now work from your little piece of heaven. BBQ, canoe, umbrella, 2 propane tanks.
