This 1,520 sq ft, three-bedroom plus den, half duplex sits in a quiet pocket of Pioneer Junction with only one other duplex. The main level features a large kitchen, living and dining area plus a den - ideal for an office or media room. The geothermal heating and cooling system (replaced in 2025) is controlled by an Ecobee thermostat, and the on-demand hot water (replaced in 2026) means it's always there when you need it. The result? BC Hydro bills under $1000 per year. The entire interior has been freshly painted, deep cleaned, and everything is working as it should be. The moment you walk in, it's clear: this is a blank slate and it's ready for you. Pioneer Junction residents have their own amenities building which is great for hosting get-togethers, and it also has a great gym! (id:39198) All
