This historic 1,100 acre cattle ranch is exactly what you have been looking for. It offers privacy and seclusion, but only 15 minutes away from Anahim Lake and 320 km west of the Williams Lake (paved roads) for your larger shopping needs. This ranch is currently being used as part of a larger ranch operation, but due to retirement and downsizing, it is now being separated from the main ranch and offered for sale. Previously the ranch was supporting a 150 head cattle operation and it has a range tenure for 110 pair (some shared, some exclusive, all right out the back door), lots of fenced pasture and hay fields.
