The entire main level was renovated in 2008 including new windows, shingles, and canexcel siding with faux stone accents, a 75% partial basement renovation was done in 2018 that includes a home theatre with built in wall speakers. The yard is beautiful that includes a massive play structure and shop that was built in 1977 that is 31ft x 41ft with 14ft ceilings, a 8ft x 41ft mezanine, 14ft x 18ft bifold door and cement floor with forced air furnace heat, we added another addition to this shop in 2008 that is 50ft x 41ft, and 20ft ceilings with a full heated floor and half bathroom. this shop has 2 heated outdoor cement pads off the man entrances and the 10ft x 10ft bifold south facing door and 30ft x 18ft north facing bifold door. Both the house and shop have Municipal water and R/O systems for drinking. The 2 shops are seperated by a wall and have a man entrance between the two, but the whole shop was covered with new tin siding and wall tin when the new shop was built. The yard is absolutely amazing with a river running around the west and south portions, beautiful trees of all types surround the yard, very peaceful with little to no traffic and yet is within 20minutes of Dauphin for all amenities. We have a sanded area out front with a stone firepit and also a 12ft x 12ft pumphouse to store what is needed.
