Have you ever envisioned a place with total privacy and seclusion? If so, this is the escape you’ve been looking for. This little beauty measures 24’x38’ (912 SFT) so it has plenty of room for guest. It’s tucked neatly away in a private setting near a pond on Wilf Keats Road which is located between Stanhope and Brown’s Arm, NL. It’s 2 kilometres from the main road and it’s only 10 minutes from Lewisporte for all your amenities. This cabin is completely off grid and powered by a generator and some solar panels. Inside there is a very large foyer and an open concept eat-kitchen and living room. Down the hall there are 3 bedrooms, one being the primary bedroom and a bathroom with stand-up shower. Just off the kitchen is a door leading to the deck overlooking the pond where you can often see ducks, geese and other types of wildlife. Take a short walk down the path to the dock, sit back, unwind and recharge. Outside there’s a fire pit area and a storage shed measuring 16’x22’. This cabin was built in 2018 and it’s heated with a cozy wood stove. There is a well on the property with a plastic liner and it was neatly positioned near a creek, so it never runs dry. This property is granted land, not leased and there is a survey, so everything is legit!! This cabin was very well constructed with two covered decks and it’s been very well maintained. There’s even metal skirting around the base so no critters can ever get in. It’s accessible by vehicle all year long and it’s close to prime moose hunting country. It’s also ideal for ATV and snowmobiling with lots of trails and country to explore. No property tax just $70.00 per year for snow clearing. This is a fantastic price in a fantastic location. Don’t let this little hidden gem pass you by! (id:374)
