Welcome to 973 North Bay Drive, a place where cottage dreams come to life. Wet bathing suits and towels drying on the line, morning coffee to the sound of the loons, evenings by the campfire watching the moon rise over the water. The year round home or cottage sits at the end of a dead-end road - the kind where the only traffic is neighbours out for an evening walk - just across the street from the sandy, wade-in waterfront (waterfront lot 52' X 80'). Spend your days exploring Balsam Lake, splashing around the shore, or burning off energy at the playground, the trails and beach at Balsam Lake Provincial Park next door.Inside, 3 good-sized bedrooms plus a loft mean room for everyone, plus 1 bathroom. A dry boathouse holds the kayaks, an attached 1-car garage, and a large, level, private lot round it out, with an unfinished basement (laundry, walk-up) with plenty of storage and room to grow into. All furniture as viewed, fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer, docks, air conditioner in loft, dehumidifier, lawn tractor, generator, outdoor furniture as viewed
