A piece of classic Whistler on a flat 7300 square ft lot in Whistler Cay, one of the valley's most established neighbourhoods. Built in the 1970s, when European alpine chalets inspired Whistler's first ski cabins, this home honours that heritage with paneled wood ceilings throughout the main floor and a sculptural fireplace at the heart of the sunken living room. The kitchen and dining area flow off the living room, and the dining room opens to a spacious sundeck and yard. Upstairs are three bedrooms, one with a balcony. Myrtle Philip Elementary and the tennis courts are a 5-min walk. The Valley Trail connects you to Rainbow Park, the Westside bike trails, the Village and Whistler Blackcomb. One of the best parts: ski, ride the Bike Park and get around town without ever getting on the highway! (id:39198) All
