Built in 2006, this is one of the newer homes in the neighbourhood, with a layout that works through every stage of family life. 3 bedrooms are together upstairs, while a 4th downstairs gives guests, teenagers or a home office separation. Timeless wood screen doors provide access to covered porches front and back creating sheltered places for summer dinners and guitar strumming. The large, flat backyard is sunny and fully fenced for kids and pets with new patios, landscaped gardens, raised planters, a greenhouse and plenty of open lawn. Living in Deep Bay, arguably the most desired neighbourhood on Bowen, means the best of island living is just outside your door. Walk to the ferry, stop for coffee in Snug Cove, head to the beach after school or wander down for dinner without getting in the car - shops, restaurants, trails and beaches are all close by. Kids can even walk to school through the forest! Neighbours become friends here, and childhood memories are made with a little more freedom and adventure. (id:39198) All
