Clouston Ranch offers 798 acres across 7 deeded parcels and is located less than 15 minutes north of Quesnel! Over 200 acres are in hay production with a water license in place. Portions of the property are fenced and cross-fenced, and is set up well for livestock and agricultural use. Improvements include a 2-storey farmhouse (which needs some TLC) with 4 bedrooms (potential for 6+ with unfinished basement), 40x60 barn, 28x22 powered shop, sheds, coop and greenhouse. Bufton Creek runs through the scenic property. Great road access and near 10 Mile Lake! Gorgeous setting with Resource Agricultural zoning allowing a wide range of uses. Extremely rare to find a package like this in this area - don't miss out on this one. (id:39198) Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Stove, Washer/Dryer Combo
