Constructed in 2017, this 2100 sq ft two level property has the potential to be your year round property. The road to the Hwy is currently maintained and there are growing numbers of full-time residents in the area. The open concept of this chalet style two story has the views out the lake in mind from the second you walk in the door. The main has beautiful dark hardwood flooring throughout the entire main level, with a cozy open wood burning stove as it's focal point. The bay style windows are large and stare straight out into the lake. The main has been situated with a full primary bedroom, along with it's own ensuite bathroom. The open kitchen is great for a sit up peninsula and plenty of countertop prep space. The upstairs has 4 full bedrooms, allowing for plenty of guests to stay comfortably. If that wasn't enough space the owners have a put a full 8 ft basement in below, just need to pour the floor and install the stairs. This will open up into a full family room area and a designed in-house garage. There power source is solar panels installed on the front facing roof, along with a automatic generator and also a 2 head propane gas furnace system, with hot water on demand. The owner when constructing the property, made sure to add a over 250 ft artesian well and a govt certified septic system. So living in the winter months would ot be a worry. The lot is a .88 acre lot with direct access to Sandy Lake, where small boating and recreational activities are to be enjoyed. Truly a spot you can hang your hat for many years to come! (id:374)
