Bathed in natural light through walls of triple-glazed German-engineered windows, the home showcases soaring 18-foot cathedral ceilings in the grand living room, expansive entertaining spaces, and seamless indoor-outdoor integration with over 1,000 square feet of outdoor patios overlooking the tranquil landscape. The main living areas include a spectacular great room, family room, five spacious bedrooms, four luxurious bathrooms including two expansive ensuites, a gym or multipurpose room, wine/cold room, and a beautifully appointed walk-out lower level designed to rival the main floor in both scale and comfort. At the heart of the home is a professional-calibre chef’s kitchen featuring a dramatic 10-foot quartz island, custom maple cabinetry, a butler’s pantry, walk-in storage pantry, and premium Italian appliances including a 36-inch gas range, oversized 46-inch range hood, and double-door professional refrigerator — an exceptional culinary space designed for both intimate gatherings and large-scale entertaining. The lower level continues the home’s resort-inspired atmosphere with 10-foot ceilings, oversized windows mirroring the main level’s abundant natural light, and radiant heated floors throughout, including the spacious spa-like bathroom. This remarkable space offers unparalleled flexibility for wellness, recreation, guests, or extended family accommodations. Constructed entirely with technology of insulated concrete forms (ICF) from foundation to roofline, the home exemplifies superior craftsmanship, energy efficiency, for example a heat pump system, radiant in-floor heating, and on-demand hot water as well as year-round comfort through many of the features designed for a smart home. Combining sustainable and smart technology results in the epitome of modern luxury living. Beyond the property, Warkworth offers a vibrant lifestyle rich in culture and outdoor recreation. Renowned for its galleries, wellness retreats, live music venues, award-winning classical and jazz performances, and proximity to horseback riding, boating, golfing, hiking, and cross-country skiing, the area provides an exceptional balance of sophistication and natural beauty.
