Welcome to a truly special waterfront property in highly sought-after Brigus Junction, approximately an hour from St. John’s. Built in 1984 and lovingly enjoyed by the same family for more than 40 years, this one-owner property has been exceptionally cared for and thoughtfully improved throughout its ownership. Pride of ownership is evident from the moment you arrive. Offering six generously sized bedrooms, one full bathroom and an additional two-piece bathroom, there is exceptional space for family and friends. A substantial addition completed in 2016 added three bedrooms and additional bathroom space. Upgrades include siding, blown-in insulation beneath the home, shingles in 2020 and a mini-split approximately three years ago, providing added comfort for year-round enjoyment. Outside is a true private oasis with direct water and pond access. A two-year-old above-ground pool is surrounded by expansive decking overlooking the water, creating an incredible setting for summer days and entertaining. A hot tub, boathouse and four sheds complete the outdoor space. Whether you are searching for an unforgettable family retreat or a year-round home, this property offers a lifestyle that is increasingly difficult to find. Annual road fees are less than $500.
